• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation
• Opened Ink/Toner: Cannot be returned unless defective
• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to some returns

7. Warranty

All printers sold by PrintMaster Pro come with the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and model:

• HP Printers: 1-year limited hardware warranty; HP Care Packs available
• Canon Printers: 1-year limited warranty with free exchange program
• Epson Printers: 1-year limited warranty; extended service plans available
• Brother Printers: 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website without permission
• Submit spam, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Resell products without authorization

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINTMASTER PRO LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Austin, Texas.

You waive your right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against us. Small claims court actions are excluded from this arbitration requirement.
