Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they enter processing. To cancel: Contact us immediately at 1-800-PRINT-PRO or support@printmasterpro.online. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you can initiate a return when it arrives. We process orders quickly โ€” same-day shipping for orders placed before 2 PM CST.
Yes! You will receive an automated confirmation email within minutes of placing your order. It will include your order number, itemized list, shipping address, estimated delivery date, and tracking information once your order ships. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it. You can also track your order at any time on our order tracking page.
Yes! We offer a Best Price Guarantee. If you find an identical new printer at a lower price on an authorized US retailer's website within 14 days of purchase, we'll match it and refund the difference. The competing retailer must have the item in-stock, and the price must include shipping. Contact us with a link to the lower price to request a price match.

Yes. Our checkout uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and we are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant โ€” the highest level of payment security. We never store your full credit card number. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar. We also offer 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode) for additional protection.
Sales tax is collected in states where we have nexus as required by law. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Texas orders are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Business customers with a valid tax-exempt certificate can email it to tax@printmasterpro.online before placing their order to have tax removed.

Orders under $49 ship for a flat $7.99. We also offer Expedited (2โ€“3 days, $14.99) and Overnight (1 day, $29.99) shipping options. Free shipping typically takes 5โ€“7 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Estimated transit times after dispatch:

Orders placed before 2 PM CST Mondayโ€“Friday are typically dispatched same day. Orders placed on weekends ship the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a tracking number. You can:

Tracking info may take up to 24 hours after shipment to update in carriers' systems.
We ship to all 50 US states. Alaska and Hawaii orders are subject to a $15โ€“$35 surcharge and may take 7โ€“14 business days. We also ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) via USPS with additional fees. We do not currently ship internationally. APO/FPO military addresses ship via USPS Priority Mail with standard postage.
If your order arrives damaged: (1) Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before opening further. (2) Contact us within 48 hours at support@printmasterpro.online with photos. (3) We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund โ€” your choice. Do not discard the original packaging until instructed, as carriers may inspect it during the claims process.
Address changes are possible only if the order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at 1-800-PRINT-PRO. Once shipped, you may be able to redirect the package through UPS or FedEx's delivery management tools (account required). We are not responsible for packages delivered to the original address if we were not notified of a change before shipment.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, destination, and selected service. Large printers (over 30 lbs) typically ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. We select the best carrier for each order to ensure safe, timely delivery. Carrier selection is at our discretion; you may request a preferred carrier when placing your order, but we cannot always guarantee it.

Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to opened printer hardware. Items that cannot be returned include: opened ink cartridges or toner, software/downloads, items marked "Final Sale," or items damaged due to misuse. See our full Returns Policy.
To start a return: (1) Email returns@printmasterpro.online with your order number and reason for return. (2) We'll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day. (3) Pack the item securely with the RMA number visible on the outside. (4) Ship to our returns center (label provided). Refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 business days of receiving the return.
Once we receive your return and inspect it (1โ€“2 business days), your refund is processed within 5โ€“10 business days back to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3โ€“5 business days after processing. PayPal refunds are usually instant. If you paid with Affirm or Klarna, the refund is applied to your remaining balance.
Yes! We offer direct exchanges for the same item (defective/damaged) at no charge including return shipping. For a different model, we recommend returning the original item for a full refund and placing a new order for the desired model, as this is typically faster. Contact us to set up an exchange and we'll guide you through the process.
Return shipping is free if the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item โ€” we provide a prepaid label. For returns due to change-of-mind or buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Opened or used ink cartridges and toner cannot be returned for hygiene and compatibility reasons. Unopened ink/toner in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days. If you received incorrect or defective ink, contact us immediately and we'll replace it at no charge โ€” please do not open the package before confirming compatibility.

Most modern printers we sell include Wi-Fi built-in. Product listings clearly indicate connectivity options. Common connectivity features include: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct (print without a router), Ethernet/LAN port, Bluetooth, USB, Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, Mopria. Filter by "Wi-Fi" on our Products page to find wireless-only models.
All printers we sell are compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11. Most are also compatible with macOS (10.14 and later). Each product listing includes a full list of compatible operating systems. Linux compatibility varies by model. Chromebook-compatible printers are clearly labeled. Mobile printing is supported by most models via iOS (AirPrint) and Android (Mopria/Wi-Fi Direct).
An All-in-One (AIO) or multifunction printer combines multiple functions in one device: Print, Scan, Copy, and often Fax. They're ideal for home offices and small businesses that need versatility without multiple devices. Most AIOs include a flatbed scanner and an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) for scanning/copying multi-page documents hands-free.

Yes โ€” all products sold on PrintMaster Pro are brand new, sealed in original manufacturer packaging, and come with the full manufacturer's warranty. We do not sell refurbished, open-box, or gray-market products unless explicitly stated in the product listing with a special label and adjusted pricing. We are an authorized reseller of all brands we carry.

All printers come with the manufacturer's standard warranty:

  • Xerox: 1-year on-site service warranty
Warranties cover manufacturing defects and hardware failures. They do not cover consumables (ink/toner), accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
For warranty claims, contact the manufacturer directly as they handle warranty service: HP: 1-800-474-6836 | Canon: 1-800-652-2666 | Epson: 1-800-463-7766 | Brother: 1-877-276-8437. You can also contact us and we'll help facilitate the process. Have your order number and serial number ready. Most brands offer carry-in, mail-in, or on-site service options.
Before contacting support, try: (1) Restart the printer and your computer. (2) Check all cable/Wi-Fi connections. (3) Run the printer's built-in diagnostic/self-test. (4) Reinstall the printer driver from the manufacturer's website. (5) Check for paper jams or low ink. If still not working, contact our tech support at support@printmasterpro.online or call 1-800-PRINT-PRO. If the printer is defective within 30 days, we'll replace it free of charge.
Yes! We offer PrintMaster Pro Protection Plans through our partner Asurion: 2-year plan (adds 1 year to manufacturer warranty) from $19.99; 3-year plan from $29.99. The correct ink/toner cartridge number is found: (1) On your printer's control panel under "Ink Levels" or "About." (2) In your printer's user manual. (3) On the existing cartridge itself. (4) On our Ink & Toner page โ€” search by printer model. Using incorrect cartridges may damage your printer and void the warranty. Always use manufacturer-recommended cartridges.
We recommend and stock OEM (original manufacturer) cartridges for guaranteed compatibility and print quality. While third-party cartridges are generally safe, they may: produce lower quality prints, clog print heads, void your printer's warranty, or cause ink recognition errors. Some HP, Canon, and Epson printers use firmware that blocks non-OEM cartridges. When in doubt, use OEM cartridges to protect your investment.
Epson EcoTank printers use refillable ink tanks instead of cartridges. Benefits: included ink lasts up to 2 years; up to 90% lower cost per page vs cartridges; no cartridge waste. Higher upfront cost ($179โ€“$400) but massive long-term savings for regular printers. The Epson EcoTank ET-2803 ($179.99) is our best-selling EcoTank model โ€” it comes with enough ink to print approximately 7,500 pages in black or 5,200 pages in color.
We offer an Ink & Toner Auto-Ship subscription โ€” choose your preferred cartridges, set a delivery interval (monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months), and save 10% on every order with free shipping.
